The Opportunity:
Take the helm of our Supply Chain’s digital transformation as the Supply Chain Technology and Process Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive innovation by overseeing the technology and processes of our planning, transportation, and fulfillment teams. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all technical supply chain workstreams, you’ll lead the evolution of our technology roadmap while championing continuous improvement through a network of dedicated Super Users. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with our Information Solutions (IS) team to enhance technology adoption and maturity. Additionally, you’ll actively engage with industry leaders and benchmarks in the digital supply chain space to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Inspire and lead a talented team to achieve business objectives while fostering their growth and unlocking their full potential
- Develop and oversee a strategic, multi-year digital roadmap to drive continuous improvement, incorporating critical end-to-end capabilities like integration, dollarization, and network optimization to transform operations
- Champion data governance by holding stakeholders accountable for maintaining exceptional data integrity, reliability, and timeliness, ensuring actionable insights and avoiding inefficiencies
- Elevate supply chain processes by leveraging sustainment models to implement cutting-edge technology, empowering teams in planning, transportation, and fulfillment to reach new heights of maturity
- Create and adopt new key performance indicators that drive business results
- Coordinate and mentor a network of Super Users to design, implement, and optimize standardized processes, tools, and intelligent automation solutions that enable swift and informed decision-making
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with IS partners to deliver shared value and accelerate progress on the supply chain technology roadmap
- Manage our Supply Chain learning academy by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures remain current and expanding the digital library with training videos, job aids, and process map documentation
- Provide comprehensive technical onboarding, coaching, and skill development for planning, transportation, and fulfillment teams, building essential competencies
- Perform insightful analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making as required
- Work with IS and business users to deploy technology updates and troubleshoot any system failures or challenges as they arise
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, and System Integration
- Post-secondary education in a related field, as per above
- Competency in: Interpersonal and Communication abilities, Tools & Systems, Change Management, Problem Solving, Strategic Creation of Value, Business Acumen, and Learning Agility
- Passion for technical solution design, implementation and change management
- Experience in managing complex and multi-functional projects
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritizing accordingly
- Experienced in developing internal stakeholder and executive relationships throughout the business
- CPG industry experience in commercialization
- Understanding of general Supply Chain & Commercial processes
- Experience with global systems (SAP/APO/ERP/SNP/ECC/IBP)
