The Opportunity

 The Sr. Analyst, Revenue Management is responsible for managing the implementation of our promotional ROI, optimization and execution capabilities. They are a power user on our internal and third-party tools and are responsible for managing their usage and adoption and coaching the Sales and the Revenue Management team on their capabilities. They will help to facilitate the adoption of our promotional guidelines into our tools and provide analysis on our promotional execution and ROI. In addition, the Sr. Analyst is the first point of contact with our third-party providers, managing the integration of our data into their system and providing ad hoc data pulls and support on any data issues.

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do: 

  • Become a subject matter expert in promotional optimization best practices and manage the implementation of best practices into the business
  • Work alongside data scientist in our Business Analytics team to develop our analytic tools and processes and improve our promotional execution and ROI
  • Provide thought leadership on the tracking of our execution and ROI within our BI tools
  • Provide coaching and training for our Sales and Revenue Management teams on our developing promo optimization capabilities
  • Assist our Sales teams in selling in our annual plans and analysis best practices with our retail customers

What you will bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Data Analytics 2+ years revenue management, business analytics, marketing, sales, category management within a consumer packaged goods environment
  • Experience or Certificate in Data Analytics a strong asset
  • Experience working with large data sets to drive business strategy and decisions
  • Understanding of customer pricing mechanics and impact to P&L
  • Customer focus orientation with strong commercial sense
  • Experience in Tier 1 Consumer Packaged Goods company an asset
  • Must be proactive, high energy and have a keen desire to win and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
