In this role you will be responsible for developing the world-class end to end recruitment strategy that will align with the over arching goals of the company, guide the business in finding and attracting best-in-class talent. Reporting to the Vice President of Leadership, the Director of Talent Attraction and Employment Branding is a key member of the Leaf Leadership and Learning Leadership team at Maple Leaf Foods.
As the Director, Talent Attraction and Employment Branding you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic direction and leadership on best-in-class hiring processes and key talent attraction initiatives across Maple Leaf Foods. You will mentor and lead a team of both tenured and new recruiters to continually achieve objectives and goals while building bench strength and stability within the recruiting function. You will be a self starter and a result driven individual and have an enthusiastic approach in your role as a leader. You have the experience and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and influence change. Possessing a strong passion and understanding of the core competencies to be an effective leader, you will ensure that key initiatives are being delivered and deadlines are met. The ability to connect the value and impact of hiring top talent to Maple Leaf Foods is paramount, this role presents an opportunity to take the talent acquisition program to the next level!
