This position will be responsible for ensuring a clean and food safe environment in conjunction with specific SOP’s developed by FSQA.
Shift times will be Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
Has to focus/concentrate while performing the job.
Accurate documentation and preparation of sanitation inspection reports.
Has to do simple math or calculations
Basic Computer Proficiency.
Confined Space Training as required.
Standing and walking around for extended periods of time.
Repetitive movement of hands when performing the job.
Ability to climb over and under equipment to wash.
Fast-paced, cold and wet environment; strong smells like cleaning and caustic
solutions, blood products and raw meat.
