The Opportunity:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of In-House Carlisle case labels and finished good specification data across enterprise systems. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance of product data supporting commercialization, regulatory, and marketing requirements.
The Compliance Specialist acts as a subject matter expert in Carlisle and SAP RD finished good specifications, supporting end to end data integrity across platforms including SAP RD, SAP Material Master, GS1, GDSN platforms, and Salsify product profiles. The position reports to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance and PDP and plays a critical role in enabling efficient product change management and speed to market.

Base Salary: $58,000 – $87,000 CAD base pay annually
Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
Specification Management
- Engage in finished good create and change processes to ensure accurate and consistent specification data across all systems and platforms including SAP RD, SAP Material Master, GS1, Carlisle, and Salsify
- Act as subject matter expert for finished good marketing data, maintaining alignment with standard master data and GDSN requirements and ensuring linkage to finished good specification data
- Maintain and support ECR workflows related to finished good data maintenance and commercialization activities
Carlisle In House Labels
- Create and manage In House Carlisle case labels based on product creation and change requests
- Serve as subject matter expert for Carlisle IHL tools, databases, label requirements, and customer expectations both internal and external
- Ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance of IHL content, formats, and regulatory requirements
- Support ECR workflows related to IHL creation and changes
SAP RD Responsibilities
- Generate and release product profile reports to support commercialization and reporting needs
- Extract data from finished good specifications to support finished good create and change form population
- Maintain IHL related records within SAP RD finished good specifications to support cross functional colleagues and reporting outputs
- Participate actively in the SAP RD key user network, collaborating cross functionally to identify process improvements, assess methods, and support system optimization
What You’ll Bring:
- College Diploma or relevant work experience
- Experience in Product Development, Operations, Master Data or Quality Control, an asset
- Experience with Carlisle labelling, an asset
- Functionally competent in Microsoft 365 programs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and relationship building
- Must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility of schedule – schedule may require flexibility to offer support during new production start-up or product changes
