The Opportunity

 This position is responsible mainly for a variety of administrative and support services in the area of Supply Chain. There may be additional tasks in the Human Resources, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, General Production, and Finance areas. This position is a full time 6-month contract position.

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do: 

Supply Chain:
  • Create count sheets daily as required and forward to Shipping/Receiving
  • Confirm receiving paperwork matches SAP
  • Troubleshoot where large gains or losses are realized in SAP in DPC
  • Create STOs
  • Assist with goods movement from suppliers to outside storage
  • Assist with goods movement from outside storage to Speedvale
  • Filing of paperwork
  • CHEP tracking updated – incoming and outbound
  • PPE ordering and follow up
  • NCRs – issuing and following up with vendors and getting credits
  • Visibility of managing of the outside warehouses
  • Ariba disputes
  • Scheduling of inbound materials (receiving appointments)
  • Other tasks as assigned
Human Resources/ Health & Safety:
  • Ordering/ creating PO’s when required
  • Other tasks as assigned
