The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Distribution Administrator supports shipping and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, documentation, and outbound logistics.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

• Process invoices and confirm accuracy of outgoing loads
• Coordinate load changes and shipment adjustments
• Support carriers and customers during order pick-ups
• Manage product substitutions and order corrections
• Prepare shipping documents including manifests and BOLs
• Record shipment temperatures and compliance data
• Complete data entry for shipping metrics and QC tracking
• Generate and distribute shipment reports
• Control dock access and issue security seals
• Reconcile load sheets with invoiced quantities
• Maintain organized shipping documentation files

What You’ll Bring:

• The successful candidate will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/AS400 preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable performing clerical duties in a manufacturing setting
