Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-growing, plant-based food manufacturing facility.

We’re located at 8735 East 33rd Street (East Indianapolis) and operate a landfill-free production site focused on quality and sustainability.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Repair mechanical and electrical components on production equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs as needed
  • Submit parts/service requests and support maintenance planning
  • Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate documentation
  • Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and Planner to keep operations running smoothly
  • Follow OSHA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus
  • Exposure to HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry is helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs

Technical degree or Journeyman card preferred, but not required.
