The Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Process & Technology Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Process, this role will focus on process documentation, standardization, training, master data governance, and technology enablement. The analyst will collaborate with business users, Super Users, and IS/IT teams to ensure smooth adoption of tools, process improvements, and sustainment of best practices.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Map and Analyze Supply Chain Workflows: Lead engaging stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture the current state of supply chain processes, creating detailed workflow maps that uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Design and Govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, publish, and maintain SOPs for all critical supply chain activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and continuously updated to reflect evolving best practices.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain knowledge transfer tools to ensure long-term sustainment of process improvements.
- Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct training sessions for business users on system updates and new processes
- Champion Data Integrity and Reliability: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across SAP and other systems.
- Resolve and Prevent Data Issues: Monitor, and resolve recurring master data errors, implementing preventative measures to reduce disruption and improve data governance maturity.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Act as liaison between business users and IS/IT teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Accelerate Technology Initiatives: Partner with IS to deliver supply chain projects, providing project management support as needed
- Enable Innovation Through Testing and Deployment: Support testing, piloting, and deployment of system enhancements (SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, BI tools, RPA).
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, and System Integration
- Post-secondary education in a related field, as per above
- Competency in: Interpersonal and Communication abilities, Tools & Systems, Change Management, Problem Solving, Strategic Creation of Value, Business Acumen, and Learning Agility
- Passion for technical solution design, implementation and change management
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritizing accordingly
- Experienced in developing internal stakeholder and executive relationships throughout the business
- CPG industry experience in commercialization
- Understanding of general Supply Chain & Commercial processes
- Experience with global systems (SAP/APO/ERP/SNP/ECC/IBP)
