The Opportunity

 The Coordinator, Compliance Management is responsible for assisting managers and specialists in day-to-day coordination and management of marketing operations activities. Monitor, initiate and manage master data ECR requirements for material master creation and to meet customer expectations and company goals. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with cross functional business partners involved in commercial execution and speed to market. The position reports to the Manager, Process and Data Compliance.


A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do: 

  • Finished Goods Master Data Coordination (marketing data); data collection and preparation, process initiation in SAP RD, continuous improvement, departmental subject matter expert and liaison with MDSS.
  • · GS1 coordination; sample collection and maintenance, product certification, continuous improvement, departmental subject matter expert and liaison with GS1.
  • · Maintain ECR characteristics and data objects to support commercialization metrics and data governance.
  • · Initiate ECRs (various types) and customize process routes as deemed necessary by project scope details
  • · Support the Process Manger for the Stage Gate Commercialization Process, “PDP” and weekly steering meeting
  • · Provide Marketing support related to SKU Rationalization process for Prepared Meats.
  • · Ad hoc SAP RD & BI Analytics reports and analysis
  • · Support IHL process/business requirements
  • · Support Customer Specification requirements

What you will bring:

  • · Post-Secondary Education preferred – or equivalent experience
  • · Working experience with SAP RD and expertise in Excel (data management proficiency and experience with standard formulas and built in functionality for basic data management such as lookups, formatting, pivot tables).
  • · Experience in CPG with exposure to material master data an asset.
  • · Understanding of PDP (stage gate process) / commercialization process an asset
  • · Keen attention to detail and accuracy; ability to logically detect internal data discrepancies
  • · Strong oral and written communication skills as relates to explaining technical data and problem solving.
  • · Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines using a fact based, data driven approach.
  • · Motivation to achieve best in class performance while still being prudent with the use of resources.
  • · Strong desire and ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross functional partners.
  • · Curiosity and a growth mindset.
